What a shame that this place is supposed to be a gem, yet the rooms are dark with no view, quite a letdown. I even expected a complimentary upgrade for my discomfort but, apparently, that's just too much to ask. The breakfast was also quite average, not what one would expect at a so-called nice hotel.

Had a great Xmas in this hotel! the breakfast was amazing, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. We also loved that it was located near a shopping center and many good restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property.
Although the staff was very friendly, the lack of an elevator was a bit of a hassle for physically impaired travelers. the bathroom door was broken and there were no hangers or place to put clothes.
